On.ah Terms & Conditions

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

• The treatments offered at On.ah are complementary in nature and are intended to support overall wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

• At On.ah no diagnosis of illness, disease, or physical or mental health conditions is made.

• At On.ah medical treatments and pharmaceutical medications are not prescribed.

• Treatments are tailored to each client’s needs but are not intended to replace medical advice or treatment.

• All personal information shared during sessions is treated confidentially and in line with data protection regulations.

• Sessions are available for clients aged 12 and over. Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or have a parent/guardian present nearby during the session.

• You are responsible for keeping the practitioner at On.ah informed of your current state of health and for sharing any relevant changes prior to or during your course of treatment.

• At the start of each session, the practitioner at On.ah will gently check in with you, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any concerns.

• Appointments are confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received.

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice.

• If you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be retained.

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or, in some circumstances, cancelled. In these cases, the deposit remains non-refundable.

• Packages and series of sessions are valid from the date of purchase. A series of 3 sessions must be used within 6 months and a series of 6 sessions within 12 months. Unused sessions will expire and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages and series are for one individual only and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Deposits apply to initial or single-session bookings only.

• Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this time, they will expire and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• On.ah may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Clients are encouraged to review them prior to booking.

All Treatments are provided by a qualified and insured practitioner, Zoey Tubon; operating under the business name On.ah.
