Spinal Energetics Client Aftercare :

Your Spinal Energetics session offers an opportunity to discover, release, and reconnect. Each session works with both the physical body and the energetic self, supporting deeper communication between your nervous system and the subtle layers of your being.

Because this work can invite a lot of information to process, unwind, and integrate, it’s important to allow yourself gentle, nurturing time after your session and between sessions.

Other forms of energetic work are not recommended during this integration period. Instead, you may wish to continue or begin subtle, supportive practices such as gentle meditation, journalling, yoga, massage, or quiet rest.

After Your Session your body may continue responding to the session for 12–72 hours (and sometimes longer). Each person’s experience is unique, and responses can vary from session to session.

It’s not uncommon to notice:

• Feeling disoriented or lightheaded
• Increased energy or deep tiredness
• Detox responses such as nausea, headaches, or changes in digestion
• Greater body awareness
• Emotional release (tears, laughter, anger, or frustration)
• Changes in breathing
• Areas of ease or temporary discomfort in the body

What to Remember:

• Wear comfortable clothing you can lie down and move in
•Allow your body to move, stretch, make sounds, and release during the session
•Tune in closely to your body and energy
• Be especially kind and gentle with yourself between sessions
• Stay well hydrated
• Take a gentle walk and/or rest afterwards
• Connect with your breath
